摘　　要： 网络信息时代,电子教材在高等学校中得到广泛使用,并因商业利益而使其知识产权问题复杂化。这种复杂性不仅在于所有权,而且在于与所有权相关的权利及相关责任。法律规定,雇用合同是解决争议问题的基本方法,而大学根据法律规定及教育与教学的要求与教师签订协议则是一种比较有效的方法。 In the age of the Internet and information, electronic textbooks are widely used in colleges and universities and the issue of their intellectual property rights become complicated because of commercial interests. The complicatedness lies not only in ownership but also in related rights and responsibilities. Law stipulates that the employment contract is the basic way to resolve issues and therefore it is an effective means for colleges and universities to resolve such issues by signing relevant contracts with their employed teachers in accordance with law and with the requirements of teaching.
