摘 要: 目的了解医学生考试焦虑的特点以及认知因素对其产生的影响。方法采用《考试焦虑量表》和《认知因素问卷》对700名医学生进行问卷调查。结果考试焦虑存在性别、年级差异;高水平组占样本总数的21.8%;对结果预测得越好,认为成功经验越多,自我评价越高,越倾向把失败归因于内部时,考试焦虑越低。认为所受的压力、情绪干扰越大、认为考试越重要、越倾向把失败归因于外部时,考试焦虑越高。结论认知因素对考试焦虑产生较大影响。 Objective To study the characteristics of test anxiety and the impact of the cognitive factors on the medicos, Methods This research adopted the test anxiety scale and the cognitive factor questionnaire with 700 medicos taking the group tests. Results The test anxiety is different in gender and in grades. About 21.8% of most medicos is above the normal level of the test anxiety. The better prediction to the result of the examination, the more experience can be gain from past tests, the higher estimation of the self-ability with ascribing the failure of exam to the intrinsic, the less level of test anxiety can be got. Whereas the more depression they suffer from the exam, the more emphases on the exam with ascribing the failure of exam to the outside, the higher lever of test anxiety will arise, Conclusion Cognitive factors have higher impact on the test anxiety.
