摘　　要： 文章介绍了配子选育抗螨蜂种的基本原理,综述了蜂螨对雄蜂的影响,探索了利用雄蜂配子选育抗螨蜂种的可行性及其有待解决的问题。 That honeybees are infected by Varroa destructor always annoys beekeepers. Although chemical treatment of colonies are used widely, they are of not only unconspicuous effects but also more side-effects. So,researchers are breeding honeybees with mite-resistant. This article introduces the theory about gamete selection, summarizes the effects of varroa on drones, and explores the potential powerful role and awaiting-solved problems of male gamete selection in the breeding of mite-resistant bees.
