摘 要: E-learning作为一种新的培训方式,目前已被越来越多的企业所采纳。本文通过一个具体的例子详细阐明了面授式培训与E-learning培训成本比较的方法和步骤。通过比较,企业管理者可以了解不同方式的培训为企业节省成本的情况,从而选择最优的培训模式。 As a new training method, E-learning is attached much more importance by many enterprises. This thesis, through an assumed example, gives the methods and steps of comparing the costs of E-learning training with traditional face-to-face training. By this mean, the training governors in the enterprises could find out how many costs would different training methods save, and then they can choose the best way for training.
