摘　　要： 汽缸螺栓在压缩机的吸、排气的压差交变载荷作用下,在使用一段时间后可能会产生疲劳失效破坏,因此有必要对这些在役使用的汽缸螺栓疲劳寿命进行评估,以确保装置的安全生产。一般来说,汽缸螺栓使用一段时间后都会产生一些缺陷,因而,我们利用裂纹扩散速率与螺栓的临界裂纹尺寸对螺栓的剩余寿命进行计算,并得出了它的剩余使用寿命。 The cylinder bolts may get fatigue failure after a using time by action of difference pressure between suction and discharge. In order to make sure safety work ,we must count residual fatigue life of the cylinder bolts that are in use. The bolts have some micro-flaw after a using time.Hence,we calculate the residual fatigue life of micro-flaw bolts by use of rate of crack growth and critical flaw size of bolt material. Finally,the residual fatigue life was calculated.
