摘 要: 初步探讨了火龙果(Hylocereus undatus)种子萌发特性.试验结果表明,火龙果种子适宜浸种时间为4~6h,最适发芽温度为25℃.50mg/LGA3、10mg/LNAA、25mg/LIAA的植物生长调节剂对火龙果种子萌发有较好的促进作用,发芽率与对照相比分别提高了4.4%、6.1%和5.5%.人工老化处理对火龙果种子萌发有一定影响,老化天数超过6d,种子发芽率、发芽势开始明显下降,20%的PEG对人工老化处理时间长(超过6d)、种子活力低的种子发芽率、活力指数均有较明显的促进作用.10mg/LGA3、10mg/LNAA、3%KNO3溶液,对人工老化8d的火龙果种子萌发和活力指数有明显的促进作用. The seed germination characters of Hylocereus were preliminary studied. The results showed that the optimal soaking time was 4 - 6 hours, the optimum germination temperature was 25 ℃. Plant regulators may accelerate germination, the germination rates treated with 50 mg/L GA3 , 10 mg/L NAA and 25 mg/L IAA were 4.4% , 6.1% and 5.5% higher than that of ck respectively. Certain influence was shown in artificial aged seed. The germination rate declined when the artificial aging time exceeded 6 days. Treated with 20% PEG, 10 mg/L GA3, 10mg/L NAA and 3% KNO3 increased the germination rate, germination potential and vigor index of artifical aged seeds ( exceeded 6 days or 8days) respectively.
