摘　　要： 随着社会发展观从“以经济增长为中心”到“以人为中心”再到20世纪90年代的“以人为中心的可持续发展”,项目的社会评价越来越为国际国内社会所重视。本文分析了农业技术项目与社会评价结合的必要性和意义,对农业技术项目社会评价的可行性以及难点进行总结,提出农业技术社会评价的基本思路。 With the development of social conception changing from“take the economic growth as the center”to“ take the human being as the center”to“take the human being sustained development as the center”, the social assessment of item gets more and more attention from international and national society. The paper analyzes the necessity and significance of social assessment of agriculture technology, summarizes the many problems that to be solved during the process of agriculture technology social assessment, puts forward the tentative ideas of social assessment.
