摘　　要： 在经济全球化的背景下,中小企业面临的竞争日益激烈。如何在竞争中脱颖而出,实现可持续发展?技术创新是根本的途径。本文通过对技术创新激励机制的主体与客体的分析,建立中小企业内部激励机制模型,并从产权制度、组织制度、管理制度和企业文化四个方面探讨了中小企业技术创新激励机制的构建。 In the context of the globalized economy, the competition that Small and Medium - Sized enterprises face becomes fierce day by day. How to be out of competition of the competition, and realize sustainable development？ The technological innovation is an ultimate way. By the analysis of the subject and object to the incentive mechanism of technological innovation,this paper sets up an inside incentive mechanism model of the SMS enterprises, and probes into the costruction of the technological innovation incentive mechanism of the SMS enterprises from four respects of property relations,organization system management system and corporate culture.
