摘　　要： 研究生自我教育是研究生成长过程中必不可少的重要环节,而研究生干部在研究生群体自我教育中具有重要作用。本文以研究生群体为研究对象,研究生干部为着眼点,着重探讨了以下几个问题:研究生自我教育的重要性;研究生干部在研究生群体自我教育中作用发挥的必要性和可行性;研究生干部在研究生群体自我教育中作用的具体表现;研究生干部在研究生群体自我教育中作用的实现途径。 Postgraduate＇s self--educating is the crucial link of the growing course of postgraduate. And postgraduate leaders play an important role in the self--educating of postgraduate group. In this paper, the object of study is the group of postgraduate and the focus of attention is postgraduate leaders. The paper emphatically discusses these issues as follows： the importance of postgraduate＇s self--educating, the necessity and feasibility of the role of postgraduate leaders during the self--educating of postgraduate group, the concrete performance of the role of postgraduate leaders when self--educating in the group of postgraduate, the solution to the role of postgraduate leaders during the self--educating of the group of postgraduate.
