摘　　要： 本文研究了从螺旋藻中提取天然食用黄色素蓝色素的工艺条件,找出了提取这些色素的最佳提取条件,为其在工业生产上的应用提供了科学依据. In this paper, the naturnal pigments extracted from Spirulina Platensis are studied, the best conditions for pigments extracting are obtained, the yield of yellow pigment and blue pigment is 98. 5% and 90. 9% respectively.
