摘 要: 凝汽器冷却水侧的污垢热阻对机组的经济性能影响较大,该文以凝汽器冷却水侧污垢热阻为研究对象进行了微生物与泥沙微粒混合污垢热阻以及泥沙微粒污垢热阻两类实验研究.实验结果表明:微生物是影响冷却水污垢热阻产生的主要因素,含有微生物的冷却水的污垢热阻较大约为1×10-4m2·K/W.不含有微生物的冷却水,在流速为0.5m/s时,有微粒污垢热阻产生,污垢热阻约为0.2×10-4 m2·K/W;在泥沙浓度0.5~2.0kg/m3范围内,泥沙浓度对污垢热阻的影响不显著;在流速为0.9~1.2m/s、泥沙浓度为0.5~2.0kg/m3范围内、没有微粒污垢热阻产生,流速对对流换热系数的影响很显著,即流速增加,对流换热系数增大,而泥沙浓度对此时的对流换热系数的影响不显著.夏季是发电机组负荷较大、冷却水温最高的时候,同时又是冷却水最易产生微生物及其形成的污垢热阻最大的时候.因此凝汽器冷水侧污垢热阻的监测、控制和研究重点应针对含有微生物的冷却水进行. The fouling resistances of cooling water in condenser has an evident effect on the efficiency of condensing steam turbine. The paper presents the study of fouling resistances of cooling water in condenser of condensing steam turbine. The experiment was carried on two different qualities of cooling water: with and without microorganism in the cooling water respectively. The experimental results showed that the microorganism is main reason which cause the generating of the fouling resistances of cooling water. The fouling resistance of cooling water which contain the microorganism is about 1.0×10^-4-2.0×10%-4m^2.K/W. When the cooling water doesn't contain microorganism and the velocity is 0.5 m/s, the fouling resistances is about 0.2×10^-4m^2.K/W, the concentration of suspended material hasn't effect on the fouling resistances of cooling water when the concentration of suspended material is 0.5-2.0kg/m3.When the cooling water doesn't contain microorganism and the velocity is 0.9-1.2m/s, the convective heat transfer coefficient increase with the velocity of the water and the concentration of suspended material hasn't effect on convective heat transfer coefficient of cooling water when the concentration of suspended material is 0.5-2.0kg/m^3. In summer, the load of condensing steam turbine reached it's peak load and the temperature of cooling water is the highest, and microorganism in water breed easily and growquickly, which inevitably result in fouling resistances of cooling water becoming maximum. So studying, monitoring and controlling of fouling resistances of the cooling water should focus on the cooling water containing microorganism.
