摘 要: 利用显式动力学有限元技术模拟了H型钢的热轧变形过程,给出了各变形参数对H型钢轧制力的影响规律,分析了这些主要影响规律的产生原因。研究结果表明:腰部绝对压下率、内宽、水平辊直径、温度以及腿宽等因素对水平辊的轧制力有比较明显的影响;腿部绝对压下率、腿宽、温度以及腿腰延伸比等因素对立辊的轧制力有比较明显的影响。 Based on dynamic explicit finite element method, the hot rolling of H-beam was simulated. The effects of various parameters on rolling force were studied. The result showed that the effects of absolute reduction of the web, width of the inner side, diameter of the horizontal roll, temperature and width of the flange on the rolling force of horizontal roll are significant, and the effects of absolute reduction of the flange, width of the flange, temperature and elongation ratio between the flange and the web on the rolling force of the vertical roll are significant.
