摘 要: 研究了制动盘的材质配方、铸造工艺和机械加工方法,并对所研制的制动盘进行了抗拉强度、表面硬度以及金相组织等性能检测,检测结果表明:制动盘的主要性能指标抗拉强度达到270MPa;工作面的表面硬度为HRB 98~100;工作面的平行度小于0.015mm;显微组织为珠光体、铁素体和碳化物,基体组织珠光体大于或等于99%;A型石墨呈片状、无方向性且分布均匀.制动盘的主要性能指标均达到技术要求. The material composition, cast technology and machine process of brake disc were studied, and performance test such as tensile strength, surface hardness, metallurgical structure was carried on. The test results show that tensile strength of brake disc can reach 270 MPa, the surface hardness of it can reach HRB 98~100, the disalignment of working faces is less than 0. 015mm, microscopic structure of it includes pearllte, ferrite and carbide, the pealite of matrix is more than or equal to 99% , the model A of graphite is flake, non-oriented and evenly distributed. All the main performance indexes of this part meet the specification.
