摘　　要： 采用文献资料研究方法,抓住传统武术的特点,使传统武术段位成为把传统武术的技术水平量化的一种手段与方法,能够成为衡量技术水平的客观表现形式。把每一门传统武术流派的技术考核内容按本门拳理的要求分为三大块:1、功力展示;2、技术含义的间接表现(技术动作的示范表演);3、技术含义的直接表现(推手、散打或器械)。运用段位的表现形式,根据每一门传统武术具体情况选择相应侧重点的内容,并列出相应措施与标准,使传统武术的入段段位能与入段者的真实实力相吻合。 By using the method of documentary, this paper combines the characteristic of traditional Wushu, makes the grade of traditional Wushu become into a method of skill level quantitatively of traditional Wushu. The writer puts the boxingtheory into three parts： abilityg showing; indirect show of skill meaning （actions＇demonstration） ; direct show of skill meaning （Tuishou, sanda or appliance）. According to the particular instance of the Wushu grade, the writer makes a few corresponding measure and criterion, so we can add the Wushu grade up to the proposerg actual ability.
