摘 要: 研究了利用荧光猝灭法测定三价铊离子.本方法是基于三价铊与碘化钾反应生成了单质碘,碘致使荧光素发生荧光猝灭,从而间接测定三价铊.铊离子浓度在85~360μg/L范围内,荧光强度差值与铊离子浓度呈线性关系,线性回归方程△F=2.80C-224,相关系数r=0.9991,检测限为4.3μg/L.方法简便,用于水样测定铊,效果良好. A simple and sensitive fluorescence quenching method has been developed for the determination of Thallium (Ⅲ). The method was based on the oxidation-reduction reaction between potassium iodide and Thallium (Ⅲ) giving iodine( I2 ) , which was measured by its fluorescence quenching effect on the fluorescence reagent fluorescein(FL) .The calibration graph was linear over the rang 85 - 360μg/L . The regression equation and correlation coefficient are △F=2.8C - 224, and r = 0.9991. The detection limit for Thallium (Ⅲ) is 4.5μg/L. The proposed method has been used to determine Thallium (Ⅲ) in water sample with satisfactory results.
