摘 要: 研究了磁粉加入与否对ASBR系统除铬(Ⅵ)效率的影响,探讨了磁场对合成含铬(Ⅵ)废水与实际含铬(Ⅵ)废水除铬效果的影响.结果表明:无论是否添加磁场,实际废水的处理均比合成废水的处理效果差,各指标达标时间延长3~5 h;对于ρ(Cr6+)为60~70 mg/L的合成废水而言,加入磁场的系统比未加磁场的系统的除铬效率高8%,CODCr的去除能力提高15%,废水达标排放时间提前1 h;对于实际含铬废水,加入磁场后,Cr6+、总铬和CODCr的去除均比未加磁场时提前2~3 h达标,而且,磁场还能有效地改善污泥的沉降性能,使SV30值从未加磁场时的12%降到8.2%,实现了Cr6向Cr3+的无毒或低毒价态的转变,同时实现总铬达标. Abstract: The influences of magnetic field on the chrome( Ⅵ )-removing effect of ASBR system were studied. The influences of magnetic field on the chrome(Ⅵ) -removing effect of artificial wastewater and practical electroplating wastewater were investigated. The results show that adding magnetic field or not,the treatment effect of practical wastewater is worse than that of the artificial wastewater. And the time need to reach the charter standard of various targets are prolonged to 3 - 6 h. The chrome (Ⅵ)-removing effect by the system with added magnetic field is 8 % higher than that without applying magnetic field for the artificial of wastewater, and the removal CODcr is increased by 15%, time needed for meeting the charter standard is reduced 1 h. For practical electroplating wastewater, after applying magnetic field, the time needed for meeting charter standard of Cr^6+ -removal, total Cr-removal and CODcr-removal is 2 - 3 h ahead of that without applying magnetic field. Furthermore, the Settlement performance of sludges was improved effectively by magnetic field. As shown by the SV30 value decreased by 12% (no magnetic field) to 8 %. Both the convertion of Cr^6 to no toxicity or low toxicity of Cr^3+ and meeting charter standard of total Cr-removing are achived.
