摘 要: 高速列车、地铁列车和轻轨列车的车厢都是采用大型扁宽薄壁铝合金型材焊接而成的,因此除大型铝合金型材外,与其配用的焊丝也是制造列车车厢的关键材料。本文对铝合金焊丝的选用与生产进行了论述。首先介绍了国内车辆用大型铝合金型材配用焊丝的研究及生产现状,基材与焊丝的配用原则,以及焊丝合金的多元复合微合金化、强韧化方法;然后比较了立式半连续铸锭-挤压法、连铸连轧法和水平连铸连拉法三种焊丝线坯制备工艺的优点和缺点。作者认为连铸连轧法和水平连铸连拉法生产铝合金焊丝线坯是很有前途的发展方向,在此基础上提出了几个急需解决的技术问题。 All the cardage bodies of high speed train, subway train and aerial railway train are welded ones with large flat thin-wall wide aluminum alloy profiles, so beside the profiles, the welding wires matching the profiles also are key materials for constructing the carriages. The paper expounds the selection and production of aluminum alloy welding wire, first, introduces the current situation of research and production of the welding wire used for welding large aluminum alloy profiles, the matching principle of welding wire with profile, and the multicomponent microalloy and strengthening and toughening of aluminum alloys used for welding wire, then, analyzes and compares the advantages and shortages of three production processes (vertical DC-extruding, continuous casting and rolling,horizontal continuous casting and pulling) of welding wire stock. The authors believe the continuous casting and rolling and the honzontal continuous casting and pulling to be the development directions of production process of the aluminum alloy welding wire stock, and point out several technical problems which remain to be solved.
