摘 要: 设计了用于儿童弱视的诊断及治疗的方法,采用了计算机多媒体技术与现代神经生理学和儿童心理学相结合,实现了面向儿童的多媒体弱视治疗系统,系统主要由诊断系统、治疗系统、病历数据记录与分析系统和专家辅助系统四部分组成.系统提供了从弱视诊断及治疗到专家决策支持的一体化功能.临床应用结果为治愈率达到70%,有效率为93%.结果表明系统能快速、简便、无创、价廉和客观量化地对弱视治疗效果进行评估. The mechanism of diagnosing and treating children's amblyopia was analyzed and a treating system was developed based on multimedia technology and children's psychology. The system was composed of diagnosis system, treatment system, expert system and recording system, with the functions of diagnosis, decision-making and treatment. The satisfying effect of the multimedia system was confirmed during the clinical application in many hospitals. The curing rate was up to 70% and the response rate was up to 93%. The results indicate that the system is a quick and simple way to objectively evaluate the treating effect with the advantage of cheap and woundless.
