摘　　要： 概括而言,应用型人才可以分为技术(技能)应用型人才、知识应用型人才和创新应用型人才。面对我国应用型人才比较匮乏的现状,我们需要从以下三方面加强应用型人才的培养:一是分层次培养应用型人才;二是充分利用各种资源、多形式培养应用型人才;三是积极探索各种模式,加强应用型人才的培养。 Applied talents can be divided into applied technologists, applied intellectuals and applied creative talents. With the current situation of a shortage of applied talents in our country, we need to strengthen the professional training by the following 3 stages ： the first is to train people for professions in composition; the second to train applied personnel by using various resources and in different ways; and the third to seek actively for the training models and strengthen the training of applied talents.
