摘　　要： 上世纪90年代中后期,实践多年的高等职业教育在人才培育方面实现了理论上的飞跃。进入新世纪以来,面临知识经济时代到来的新形势,高职高专教育在专业教学领域开始了新一轮改革试点工作。通过再实践,人才培育模式的内涵正在不断丰富,有望再次出现理论飞跃。鉴于此,文章从人才培养的目标、内容和质量保障体系三个层面论述了高职教育中的人才培育模式及其特征。 In the middle of 1990s, theories of talents education of vocational colleges developed rapidly after many years＇ practices. Since the beginning of the new era, new reform in specialty teaching has been launched in vocational colleges to face a new situation of knowledge economy. By re- practice, the content of educational mode of talents becomes richer and new theories will develop very rap.idly. On the basis of this, this paper discusses the education mode and features of talents in vocational colleges from objective, content and quality guarantee system.
