摘 要: 微生物产酶是一个具有不确定性的复杂过程.将数学上的关联分析思想应用于白腐菌的产酶过程,计算影响该菌产酶的四种因素的关联度.结果表明,其中含水率与白腐菌分泌木素过氧化物酶、锰过氧化物酶的关联度最大,分别达0.8310和0.7479,说明含水率是影响该菌产酶的最主要因素.此外,提出可建立GM(1,1)模型用于日产酶量的预测,为今后探索微生物产酶条件提供了方法参考. Because of the complexity and uncertainty of producing enzyme, it' s difficult to find the optimum condition for microorganism to produce enzyme only through experiments. This paper applied relational analysis to the process of enzyme production from white-rot fungi, and calculated the incidence degree for the four factors influencing enzyme production. The results showed that the incidence degree of water content with enzyme(lignin peroxidase, manganese peroxidase) production reached the highest level, which was 0. 8310 and 0. 7479 respectively. This proved that water content was the most significant factor influencing enzyme produced by white-rot fungi. In addition, it was found that GM (1,1) model could be set up to forecast daily production of enzyme, which has offered a method for designing experiments to seek the conditions of producing enzyme.
