摘　　要： 针对陕北生态环境恶化、经济基础薄弱、坡耕地面积大、粮食持续发展面临着严峻的挑战这一现状,以我国能源与重化工基地的陕西北部25个县(区)为研究对象,在深入调研基础上,根据西部大开发提出的要求,提出了可供陕北粮食持续发展的基本对策。表4,参6。 Foodstuff is very important to human＇ s life and social stability.
