摘 要: 职业枯竭是一种在工作的重压之下身心疲惫的状态。教师已成为“职业枯竭”心理疾患的高危人群。造成高校教师“职业枯竭”的因素有高校人事制度改革、社会、政治、经济及师生关系的处理等。应该从政府、社会、学校和个人四个层面上来处理高校教师的“职业枯竭”心理疾患问题。 Job Burnout is a kind of malaise that one feels physically and psychologically exhausted under stressful work. The Reason that instructors become one of the hardest hit groups include personnel policies, society, politics,economy and the handling of the teacher - student relationships, etc. Solutions should be found from the four different fields: government, society, school and individuals themselves.
