摘　　要： 开展农村社会养老保险,是我国经济社会结构变化的客观要求,更是应对人口老龄化趋势的重要举措。经济体制改革以后,农村集体经济组织的功能日益变化,养老重新成为家庭的责任。因此,必须按照现行的政策和条件,不断探索建立符合我国特点的农村社会养老保险制度,以解决人口老龄化带来的各种问题。 Launching the rural social endowment insurance is an objective request to the changes of the economic social structure in our country. What＇ s more, it is an important action to the trend of aging population. With the economic system reform, supporting parents becomes the resposibility of the family again since the function of the rural collective economic organization changes day by day. Therefore, according to the current policy and condition,we must explore constantly to establish the rural social basic old-age pension system which accords with the characteristic of our country, so as to solve various kinds of problems caused by aging population.
