摘　　要： 利用等电位隔离原理,研究和设计了在线测量仪。该测量仪可以在不破坏电路完整性的前提下,方便准确地测量电子设备印制线路中的电流、电阻、晶体管电流放大系数等参数。文中详述了其具体电路工作原理、在线测量方法及测量时应注意的问题。使用该测量仪能大大提高电子设备故障诊断、维修的水平和质量。 Based on the principle and isolating without damaging the integrity of the circuit, this paper introduces a technology to precisely measure current resistor and transistors＇ current amplifying times in printed circuit If electronic equipment. And the applying circuit and its principle the measuring method and something to be noted also be discussed. The kind of technology largely helps to improve the fault defecting and maintenance.
