摘 要: 采用高压脉冲水射流试验装置对不锈钢、司太立合金及CNx/TiN纳米复合涂层的性能进行测试,并采用扫描电镜对材料的失效破坏形貌及机理进行了分析。结果表明,纳米涂层具有优异的抗水蚀性能,可以作为汽轮机末级叶片抗水蚀用涂层。 The properties of stainless steel, cobalt-base alloys and composite CNx/TiN nanocoatings were tested by the high pressure pulse water jet apparatus, the failure micrography and its mechanism of the materials were analyzed with SEM. The results show that the nanocoatings have excellent liquid impact erosion resistance and can be applied in the last stage blades of steam turbine as liquid impact erosion resistance coatings.
