摘 要: 考察了在微波作用下,由NaY直接一步交换得LaY的结果。在固定固液比的条件下,考察了不同交换时间、交换液浓度及交换器体积对交换度的影响,并用IR,XRD等手段对所得样品进行了表征;用异丙苯裂解反应考察了所得LaY的催化活性。实验表明,一步制得LaY的最大交换度达87%。 We investigated LaY by direct exchange from NaY under microwave radiation. The influ-ence of different exchange time,different density of exchange solution and different volume of appara-tus on the degree of exchange were studied under the ratio of solid to liquid unchanged.The sampleswere characterized by IR and XRD. The catalytic activity of LaY was proved by the cracking reactionof isopropyl benzene. It has been found that the maximum degree of exchange is around 87%。
