摘　　要： 本文给出了正则半群幂等元同余类为正则的充要条件．对正则半群存在非正则幂等元同余类给出了一个刻划．并证明了对任意的ｎ∈Ｚ￣＋（ｎ＞６）都存在ｎ阶正则半群，它具有非正则幂等元同余类。 In this paper,a necessary and sufficient condition for a congruence class of an idempotent to beregular and a characterization for which there exist non-regular congruence classes of idempotentson a regtilar semigroup are given.It is proved that for any n∈Z￣+(n>6)there exists a regularseniigroup of order n such that it has non-regular congruence classes of idempotent.
