摘 要: β─胡萝卜素是一种天然黄色素,具有重要的生理活性和功能,作为食品添加剂兼有强化营养作用。本研究利用工厂生产叶绿素铜钠盐产生的废渣,分离得到的β─胡萝卜素,在紫外/可见光区的吸收峰形状、波长和吸光比,以及结晶形状均与文献相符,红外光谱也证明是高纯度的。建立了一条适于工业应用的工艺途径。 β一carotene is a natural yellow pigment,it possessing important physiological effects inanimals and humans.As a food additive.β─carotene exhibits nutritional and healthprotective functions as well.In this study,waste residue from a factory generated inthe process of sodium copper chlorophyllin production was used as experimental ma-terial.The Vis/UV and IR spectra of isolated β─carotene were measured withspectrometers,and the resulting Vis/UV spectrogram,wavelengths,absorbance value ra-tios and crystal shape agreed with the reports in the literature.The IR spectrogramproved also that the purity of the β─carotene was high.Basedon the work,a tech-nology suitable for industrial process was established。
