摘 要: 在恒温条件下研究了温度对节瓜蓟马(ThripspalmiKarny)生长发育及产卵力的影响,得出节瓜蓟马卵期和若虫期的发育起点温度分别为7.4℃和8.4℃,有效积温则分别为82.2日度及164.3日度。其发育速率与温度的关系呈逻辑斯蒂曲线关系。节瓜蓟马成虫产卵适温区是20~30℃,其中25℃下成虫的平均产卵量及产卵率值均达最大,分别为54.90粒及2.18粒/d。文中给出了节瓜蓟马成虫产卵前期及平均寿命与温度间的数学关系表达式。 This paper dealts with the effect of temperatures on the development and fecundityof Thrips palmi Karny at constant temperatures in laboratory.The developmentalthreshold and effective accumulated temperatures of the thrip were estimated to be7.4℃ and 82.2 day-degrees and 8.4℃and 164.3 day-degrees in egg-stage andnymph-stage,respectively.The relationship between temperature and developmentalrate was simulated as logistic model.The optimum temperature range from 20℃ to30℃was estimated.The fecundity of female adult and the rate of oviposition dailybecame maximum at 25℃,and they were 54.90 eggs and 2.18 eggs day,respectively.The relationship between temperature and some parameters, including longevityof adults,rate of development both in egg-stage and nymph-stage,and the periodof preoviposition were developed in this paper.
