摘 要: 本文研究了钢经渗铝后高温氧化时的动力学行为并与未渗铝的A3,1G18NiGTi不锈钢进行对比。钢渗铝后可大大提高其抗高温氧化能力。在高温氧化过程中,渗铝钢表面铝浓度随氧化时间的增长而降低,这种变化可用方程式来表达,经实验测定所得数据与计算所得数值偏差很小。 The high temperature oxidation kinetics of Aluminizing steel is researched and is compared with that of A,, 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel without aluminizing. The oxidation resistance of aluminized steel is raised greatly. During hightemperature oxidation,the aluminium content on the surface of aluminized steel reduces with the increment of oxidation time,which is formulated asThe error between measured and calculated values is little.
