摘 要: 研究了玻璃占、辐竹2选、矮澄辐2号及辐包矮1号等4个华南籼稻品种的白叶枯病抗性遗传。结果表明:供试品种的抗性属多基因遗传,控制单株平均病斑长的最少基因数k=5;广义遗传力的平均hb2=78.59%;在入选率为0.05的条件下,对单株平均病斑长作负向选择,遗传进度的平均△G=-5.376±0.903(cm);4个抗/感组合的F2均出现抗性超亲的个体,平均出现率为4.24%;以不同组合F2的超亲个体相互杂交定向选择至F3,多数组合内抗性基本稳定,选择效果比抗/感单交组合好。 The inheritance of resistance to bacterial blight(Xanthomonas campestris pv.oryzae)of four hsien(indica)rice cultivars, Bolizhan,Fuzhu No.2 selection,Aichengfu No.2 and Fubaoai No.1,originated from South China,has been studied,Results show that the resistanee of all cultivars tested are controlled by polygene.The mini-mum numbers of genes which govern inheritance of mean leaf lesion length of single plant are K=5.Heritability in broad sense hb2=78.59% on an average.Under the condition of 0.05 selected rate,the negative direct ional selection of mean leaf lesion length/plant has been made and mean genetic advance △G0.05=-5.376 ± 0.903(cm).All F2 population of four R/S crosses appear transgressive individuals and the mean rate of occurrence is 4.24%,Reciprocal crosses among F2 transgressive individuals of various crosses has been made and directional selection would be carried out till F3.The resistance of most families are stable.The selection effect is better than R/S sin-gle cross.
