摘　　要： 本文利用多种核磁共振技术对消炎镇痛药萘普生及其中间体的结构进行了分析．详细地讨论了各峰间的相互影响，得出了各质子的偶合常数，对各碳氢峰进行了归属． The structure of neproxen and its intermediate is determined by using various nuclear magnetic resonance techniques in this paper. The influences among various absorption signals are studied in detail and the coupling constants among different protons are obtained and the whole assignment of proton and carbon nuclear magnetic resonance spectra is given.
