摘 要: 从生理生化、形态解剖和栽培生态入手,对遗传工程稻1号(GER-1)高产形成机理进行了较系统的比较观测分析,结果指出:GER-1光合效率高,光合产物形成量足,库容量大,光合产物转运速率较高且流向合理,因而表现出穗大粒多、结实率高、籽粒充实度好,以至在适宜的栽培生态条件下较目前丰产性好的汕优63增产. The present experiments are conducted to ascertain the mechanism of high-yield in Genetic Engineering Rice(GER-1).The results obtained show that GER-1 has higherphotosynthetic rate, more dry matter accumulation, bigger sink, faster matter translocationand more reasonable matter distribution than Shanyou 63. Therefore it has large panicle andhigh grain fertility as well as great ear-weight so that the grain output is higher than Shany-ou 63.
