摘 要: 本文研究了以P204为载体的液膜体系,从模拟离子型稀土矿浸出液中提取铈.富集稀土,考察了不同的搅拌方法对稀土矿传质和液膜溶胀的影响,当采用气泡搅拌方式时,不仅大幅度降低了溶胀率,而且对传质速率也有促进作用,浸出液可以不需要调节pH值而直接提取.达到较为理想的效果. In this paper,the extraction of cerium from simulate rare earths ore leac hate was studied with emulsion liquid membranes containning P204. The effect of the diffirent stir methods on mass transfer and swell evas examined. The swell rate was reduced and mass transfer rate was promoted under the condition of a bubble stir in the extraction process. At the same time-good result can be got uhen the pH value of the leachate was not adjusted.
