摘 要: 研究了乙烯气相聚合Ti—Mg催化剂的聚合性能。常压气相聚合催化效率7~11kgPE/gTi,产物表观密度0.30~0.33g/ml,产物颗粒20~120目重量占89%~97%。加压搅拌床气相聚合、催化效率61~81kgPE/gTi,产物表观密度0.34~0.35g/ ml,产物颗粒10~120目重量占91%~96%。流化床乙烯/1-丁烯聚合催化效率100~169kgPE/gTi,MI_(2.16)=5.0~14.1,MFR_(10.0)/2.16=5.0~10.4,产物密度0.912~0.936,并用DSC、IR表征了聚合物性质。 The characteristics of Ti-Mg catalyst for the gas-phase polymerization of ethyleneat atmospheric pressure or 0. 3-1.2MPa pressure has been studied . The values of thecatalytic efficiency , bulk density , and the weight percentages of 10-120mesh g ranulesof produc are 7-11kgPE/gTi , 0.30- 0.33g/ml and 89- 97 respectively underatmospheric pressure and 61- 81kgPE/gTi, 0. 33 -0.34g/ml and 91-96 respectivelyunder 0. 3MPa pressure . The copolymerization of ethylene-butene-1 in thefluid-bed(l.2MPa) has been investigated . It was found that the catalytic efficiency is100-169kgPE/gTi as well as the values of MI2.16 , MFR10.0/2.16 and the densities are5.0-14.1 . 5.0-10.4 and 0.912-0.936g/ml respectively . The properties of theproduct , suct as melting point , crystallinity , and branched chain concentration weredetermined by DSC and IR.
