摘 要: 本文开发了一种适于啤酒饮料行业洗瓶工艺用的低温低泡清洗剂.根据油污种类,讨论了去污机理和清洁度评价方法。对清洗剂成份选择、低温化途径作了详尽的论述.本剂具有低温、低泡、无毒无腐蚀、高效去污、成本低、使用方便合理等特点,尤适于浸泡和喷淋工艺. This paper presents an effective and practical low sudsing cleaner of low temperature for bottle-washing in beer or beverage industry. It is nox-toxic,no-corrosion,low-cost and convenient for the operation, which is particularly applicable to dip or spray treatment. The soil-removing mechanism,formula selection and cryogenic way of this agent are discussed in detail.
