摘 要: 以甲基紫精(MV ̄(2+))作电子受体进行了纳米CdS光生电荷转移的ESR研究。实验表明,纳米CdS悬浮在1.1×10 ̄(-s)mol/LMV ̄ ̄(2+)的乙醇溶液中,光照时,MV ̄(2+)的光还原速率恒定;还原产物MV ̄(+·)二聚的速率服从二级反应动力学公式。乙醇溶液中的溶解氧和纳米CdS表面的离子及附氧对MV ̄(2+)的还原过程有抑制作用。 The photoreduction of MV ̄(2+) on the surface of nanometer-sized CdS was investigatedby means of ESR. Under illumination of the nanometer-sized CdS dispersion in 1.1×10 ̄(-3)mol/L MV ̄(2+) ethanol solution the photoreduction rate of MV ̄(2+) on CdS surface keeps constant and the dimerization rate of the photoreduction product MV ̄(+·)obeys the law of secondorder reaction.The results obtained also show that the dissolved O_2 in ethanol solution or the ionosorbed oxygen on CdS surface has inhibiting action on the photo reduction of MV ̄(2+).
