摘　　要： 利用铌对鲁米诺－Ｈ_２Ｏ_２－Ｋ_３Ｆｅ（ＣＮ）_６化学发光体系的抑制作用，建立了痕量Ｎｂ（Ｖ）的流动注射－化学发光测定法。方法的检出限是２．３ｎｇ／ｍＬＮｂ（Ｖ）。线性范围为０．０１～１μｇ／ｍＬＮｂ（Ｖ），测定的相对标准偏差为３．０％（０．０１μｇ／ｍＬＮｂ（Ｖ）（ｎ＝１１），方法已应用于矿石中Ｎｂ的测定。 In this paper, a new method has been reported for the determination of niobium by FIA based on the quenching effect of niobium on the Luminol-H2O2-K3Fe(CN)6 chemiluminescence system, The detection limit is 2.3ng/mL,The linear range of the calibration curve is 0.01～1μg Nb(V)/mL. The relative standard deviation is less than 3.0%(10 ng Nb(V)/mL,n=11).The method has been applied to the determination of niobium in ore samples.
