摘 要: 利用铌对鲁米诺-H_2O_2-K_3Fe(CN)_6化学发光体系的抑制作用,建立了痕量Nb(V)的流动注射-化学发光测定法。方法的检出限是2.3ng/mLNb(V)。线性范围为0.01~1μg/mLNb(V),测定的相对标准偏差为3.0%(0.01μg/mLNb(V)(n=11),方法已应用于矿石中Nb的测定。 In this paper, a new method has been reported for the determination of niobium by FIA based on the quenching effect of niobium on the Luminol-H2O2-K3Fe(CN)6 chemiluminescence system, The detection limit is 2.3ng/mL,The linear range of the calibration curve is 0.01~1μg Nb(V)/mL. The relative standard deviation is less than 3.0%(10 ng Nb(V)/mL,n=11).The method has been applied to the determination of niobium in ore samples.
