摘 要: 汽水两相流摩擦阻力压降的计算一直是两相流研究中最基本而又最重要的课题之一。但至今为止,有关内螺纹管高压汽水两相流摩擦阻力特性的研究还很有限,理论分析和实验结果都很少。该文论述了内螺纹管两相流摩擦阻力的研究概况,并在西安交通大学高压汽水试验台上进行了内螺纹管汽水两相流摩擦阻力的试验研究,对试验结果进行了分析,给出了计算内螺纹管摩擦压降的关联式。试验管为我国600MW超临界变压运行直流锅炉所采用的φ28×5.41mm的12Cr1MoV四头内螺纹管。试验压力为:13~22MPa,质量流速为:400~1800kg/m2·s,蒸汽干度为:0~1.0。 Abstract The calculation of gas-liquid two-phase flow frictional pressure loss is one of the most fundamental and important problems in two-phase flow inves tigations.However, the only limited work has been done in studying high pressure steam-water two-phase flow friction pressure loss in rifled tubes.Theoretical analysis and experimental date are also scarce.This paper presents a survey concerning research on characteristics of two-phase flow friction pressure losses in rifled tubes, and describes relevant experimental work performed in the high pressure steam-water loop of Xi'an Jiaotong University.The experimental results are discussed. Based on the experimental data,correlation for the calculation of the frictional pressure drop in rifled tubes is presented. The test tubes are φ28 ×5.41mm 12Cr1MoV four lead rifled tubes used in 600 MW super critical variable-pressure once-through boilers. The range of experimental parameters is as follow: pressure 13 to 22 MPa, mass velocity 400 to 1800 kg/m2·s, steam dryness 0 to 1.0.
