我院健康教育课的调查分析

摘  要: 在大学生中开设健康教育课,符合现代医学从单纯生物医学模式、向生物—心理—社会医学模式转变,也符合我国《学校卫生工作条例》的规定。通过健康教育课,授予学生身心保健知识和技能,有利于增强学生心理适应和应变能力,促进学生德、智、体全面发展。本文对我院健康教育课120份调查问卷的分析研究表明:大部分学生以前未受过健康教育,被调查者一致认为开设健康教育课很有必要;开设健康教育课,学生认为受益匪浅,要求增加健康教育课的内容。调查结果分析认为:大学生开设健康教育,对于提高大学生的心理素质与健康水平能起到积极的诱导作用。 Establishing health-education course for college students is suitable for modern medical model converting from pure biology to psychology and sociology. Health-education course is also required by national**Regulations on Schools Hygiene**. Through the course, students can gain some knowledge of health protection and skills, which are very helpful to students' mental adaptability and flexibility. The course can also promote an overall development in students' moral education, intellectual education and physical education. Based on the investigation and analysis of 120 students'question - answer sheets about health education in our college, this paper shows that most of the students have never studied the health - education course in school. All the participants think it very necessary for them to establish health-education course. Through the study of health-education course, our students think that they have learnt a lot, and demand urgently to increase the contents of the health - education course. The analyses on the result of our investigation show that the establishment of the health -education course in our college students will play an active and instructive part in improving the mental quality and healthy standard of our college students.
