环形旋涡流化床悬浮空间垂直水冷管冷态传热试验研究

摘  要: 本文对新近开发的环形旋涡流化床锅炉悬浮空间水冷管传热进行了试验研究.重点研究了二次风率、旋流强度、二次风喷入位置等对换热系统的影响.试验结果表明,二次风对环形旋涡流化床悬浮空间受热面的传热影响很大,对流换热系数随族流强度的提高而增大.本文根据实验结果提出了强旋流场中,垂直水冷管和气流之间的对流换热系数实验准则关联式. In the paper, an experimental study on heat transfer between gas and vertical tube in the freeboard of newly developed Annular Vortex Fluidized Bed (AVFB) was carried out.The factors that secondary air ratio, swirling intensity and secondary air injection arrangement affected convective heat transfer coefficient was 3tudied emphatically. The experimental results indicated that secondary air has a great influence upon heat transfer in the freeboard of AVFB, and the convective heat transfer coefficient increase with increasing of swirling intensity. According to the test results, an empirical correlation to calculate heat transfer coefficient between gas and vertical tube in the freeboard of AVFB has been proposed.
