摘 要: 本文报告了在外延YBaCuO薄膜表面淀积的BaF2薄膜对其超导性能的保护作用和破坏性实验的结果.经BaF2保护的超导薄膜在30分钟浸水及暴露于大气中长达5个月,超导转变温度仍保持89K. Abstract The BeF2 have been used as a passivation to high To YBaCuO films. The BaF2 layer was depotted ex- situ using thermal evaporation. The endurlance tests demonstrated that that transition temperature of the protected film remains at 89 K after being immersed in tap- water for 30 minutes and exposed to the air for 150 days.
