摘　　要： 研究—阶多时滞系统ε－稳定性，证明了ε－稳定的充分必要条件。该条件是ε－稳定和Ｄ－稳定的有效代数判据。推广了“复系数时滞系统ε－全时滞稳定的代数判据”一文中的结果。 Abstract The paper deals with ε-stablity for one-order delay differental systems with multipledelays .A necessary and suffmcient condition for ε-stability was demonstrated and an effectivealgebraic criterion for ε-stability and D-stability was provided.The results of a″algebraic cri-terion of the delay-independent ε-stability for complex coefficient delay systems″was devel-opd.SUBJECT TERMS:delay differential systems,D-stability,ε-stability,algebraic criterion,I.O.D,asymptotic stability
