摘 要: 随着机械加工行业对孔加工刀具的需求量不断扩大,以及对其切削性能和质量要求的逐步提高,出现许多新钻型,钻尖后刀面的几何设计和它的刃磨是钻尖的最基本问题。复杂螺旋面钻尖是一种先进钻尖,本文建立了它的数学模型,研究了该种钻尖的数控刃磨方法。 Comparing with different kinds of drill point,complicated helical surface possesses better peopormace than others .Ithas a long endurance structural parameters,reasonable angle distribution in all flanks and especially suitabe for CNC grinding.Mathematical model of this drill-point is pres-ented .CNC grinding method is discribed and the results of grinding test is illustrated in this paper.
