摘 要: 介绍了一种慢扫描控制可控电解珩齿新工艺;与以往的可控电解珩齿方法相比,它可保证在整个珩齿过程中都在最大电流下工作,从而获得高的生产率。整个加工过程可在微机管理控制下自动完成,研究了阴极极掌扫描位置、逗留时间和阴极运动规律,介绍了该工艺系统及全齿面扫描阴极,探索了慢扫描控制的去除规律,建立了加工参数计算公式,最后,给出了初步加工的实验结果。 The slow-scanning field controlled electrochemical honing(SSFCECH)is a newprecision mac hining method of field controlled elec trochemical honing of gears(FCECH). Bycomparison of the method of FCECH which controls metal removal along gear surface byadjusting field intensity, SSFCECH is of higher productivity because it removes metal under largesurface. This paper presents the principle of the method,the machining equipment,the structureof the cathode, the cathode scanning pattern and so on. SSFCECH will be a prospective precisionmachining method of gears.
