摘 要: 根据具有不同传热膜系数网络的特点,提出了该种网络的一种新设计方法─—虚拟温度法。它是建立在多温差法基础上,以过夹点的最大能量Rp、流股的传热膜系数h_m、热容流率CP_m为依据,在网络匹配前,给各工艺物流以适当的温差补偿.后用MILP转运模型将网络作一整体求解.实例结果证明:本文所提方法是目前该种网络设计中一种较为适宜的方法. According to the attribution of the heat exchanger networks with different film heattransfer coefficients,a new methed for the HENs is firstly put forward.It is based on multi-temperature approaches,depends on the maximum energy Rp of crossing pinches,film heattransfer coefficients h_m and heat capacity flow CP_m to form pseudo-temperature for compensatingthe every stream before designing and makeing use of the MILP transshipment model as a whole.The results of the example prove that it is a suitable method used to design HENs so far.
