摘 要: 用光学显微镜原位动态观察研究了多晶CuZnAl记忆合金在热机循环中的组织转变特征,电镜研究揭示了热机循环在马氏体中引入的缺陷及其对热弹性马氏体转变的影响.讨论了微观组织形态和亚结构变化导致宏观性能变化的机制. In succession to the previous paper,the in-situ optical microscope observation hasbeen made to reveal the phase transformation features during the thermal-mechanical(T-M)cycles.The microstructures induced by T-M cycles in the martensite have been characterized bytransmission electron microscope(TEM).The results indicate that the martensitictransformation procedure in the T-M cycles appears to be very inhomogeneous.The maintransition mode is:martensite parent phase+acicular stress-induced martensite.TEM studyshows that the sub-microstructures in the martensite induced by T-M cycles are micro-twins andregularly distributed dislocations which are mainly aligned but sometimes tangled.Finally,theeffect of these defects on the martensitic transformation and the mechanism of TWSME relatedto the defects have been discussed.
