摘　　要： 本文论述了近年来城市水害有剧化之势，分析了引起城市水害剧化的各种因素，提出了现代城市防洪减灾的对策。 This paper states the situation of urban flood in China, analyzing the various elements that intensify the disaster, and putting forward the counter-measure against it.
