摘 要: 分配问题中常用的模型有LF模型和EP模型,后者是前者的改进。EP模型要求把席位首先分给的最大的一方.具中心K的分配模型,要求把席位首先分给中的最大者。同时给出了鉴别模型优劣的标准:如果则称模型2优于模型1其中,称为分配中心。通过实例比较验证了中心分配模型优于EP模型;在m=2的情况下,证明了这一结论。对m≥3,作为猜测,也应该有相同的结论。 The model LF (Largest Fractions)and the model EP(Equal Proportions)are usually used in theapportionment problem.The latter an improvement on the former.The model EP assignsa seat to the state i if where p_i is the population of the statei n_i is the number of the assigned to the state i.In this paper,a new model called the apportionment model with a center K is advanced,which assigns a seat to the state i ifMoreover,a criterion of better models is given:if then say the model 2 is better than the model 1, wherej=1,2 and called the center of the apportionment under consideration Byan example it is shown that the apportionment model with a centet K is better than the EP model,When m= 2,the truthfulness of this conclusion has been proved,As a conjecture,when m≥3.the conclusion will be true sa well.
